If you provide a telephone number, we may contact you regarding recruiting services, employment opportunities, applications, interviews, appointments, account matters, or other matters related to your relationship with Phoenix.

When required, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending automated or marketing calls or text messages. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a service or being considered for an employment opportunity.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below. Opting out of promotional messages will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or legally required communications.

Candidate information may be retained after a particular position is filled so that we can consider the candidate for future opportunities, unless the candidate asks us to delete it and we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain it.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purposes for which it was collected, legal requirements, contractual obligations, and the existence of an ongoing business relationship.
